No. Trump will likely win GA, PA, and, NC. But that's not enough. He still needs one more state. Either MI or AZ will do.
If he gets AZ, GA, NC, and PA, Trump wins 279 to 258 (with one vote in ME undecided, but irrelevant).
According to CNN, it's 224 for Biden and 213 for Trump.
The big states left are GA, MI, NV, NC, PA, WI, and AZ.
Biden likely wins NV and AZ. Trump likely wins GA and MI. That makes it Trump ahead 245 to 241. Really 248 to 241 because they haven't called Alaska, which we know is going to go to Trump.
So Trump needs 22 votes out of PA (20), WI (10), and NC (15). So he has to win any two of those three states. Trump is leading in all three of these states.
However, even if Trump loses, the Dems don't win the Senate meaning court packing will not happen.
UPDATE Noon EST: MI is now listed as leaning Biden, which means Trump cannot win no matter what he does (his max is 268).
He means that PA, in effect, had 3 senators while he was in office because of his close ties to PA. Of course, that meant DE only had one senator.
What do Delawareans think of Biden's repeated attempt at disowning the state he's lived in for 67 years?
It doesn't even look close to the Philadelphia Eagles logo
Not just Texas. While Texas has the reputation of being gun-friendly, the most gun-friendly state in the union is Arizona.
Biden may have lost Texas with his plan to kill the oil industry. But AZ doesn't care about oil. AZ does care about guns, though.
I can't believe that people itt are just blindly accepting what basically amounts to a gigantic "The Dog Ate My Homework" excuse.
You would literally never accept CNN making this excuse. At least try to be objective here: Is the story believable?
Their argument is that the Senate changed the rule in 2016 to "we won't confirm a nominee in an election year."
In reality, the Senate changed the rule to "we don't have to confirm a nominee in an election year if we don't want to."
I don't fault them for not knowing what a coyote is. I likely wouldn't know if I didn't live in AZ.
I do fault them for mocking Trump for using a word they don't understand. Before you mock a guy for being stupid, make sure he's being stupid first.
OT Trivia: a dingo actually did take the baby. While the mother accused a dingo (a type of dog) of killing her baby and was eventually convicted because no one believed her, she was later exonerated.
Obama wasn't president in 2008. He had Democrat congress 2009 - 2011.

This reminds me of one of those "Face Checks" I saw about a box of face masks.
The question was whether or not the box of face masks actually had a warning that stated that the CDC does not agree with the efficacy of the masks. The Fact Check said "Misleading" in bold letters.
But if you read the actual article, you'd find out that:
So why was it labeled "misleading"? Because it could discourage mask usage!
