I don't have much first-hand knowledge of our prison system but was under the impression receiving medical attention was difficult. Forgive me if I don't believe that Trump-flavored Fox News is going to do anything but demonstrate their media dominance. OANN's existence did not change the media landscape by one inch. A recount is all but guaranteed in Arizona as it stands. Not only do I not think it will not help them, if they manually count the felt-tip ballots at that stage I strongly suspect Trump will gain a few hundred to a couple thousand net votes.

TV providers, aka cable companies, don't make a dime off of advertisements. Only networks make decisions regarding ads, because they are the only ones who benefit. A network could be completely ad-free if they chose.
