I've been taking vitamins (C, B, D3) and zinc for a year and mysteriously haven't been sick, and before I started taking those vitamins + zinc I would get sick with every virus cycle of the kids. I was getting seriously sick (fever, home from work) once a month which is why I started that vitamins. It is so retarded if you think about it.
