I think Gorsuch just has a set of very rigid beliefs about small government, and that gets used by the liberal justices to form a majority.

He's attacking Trump for saying there's some promising results with a couple of drugs that we're trying out. Trump answered that it wasn't perfect, but the drugs are safe (been out there for 20 years and used for Malaria, etc), and the FDA is working hard to approve them for corona.
