I count 3...maybe 4 if you want to separate assemble/petition. If you are going 5 by splitting speech and press then you need to goto 6 by separating establishment of religion and free exercise.

The debate has been between new models and old randomized control trials. Even some of the newer studies saying masks work also point out that asymptomatic people do not have detectable levels of the virus, so if I cough they might work but if I'm not coughing then it is for show.
Dont get stuck in that idea. While protesting probably did cause a spike, there are many states where it did not because the virus has already exhausted the majority of the supply of people.
Just remember that, when Cali or NV or wherever says they need masks and they point to NY then your automatic counter argument should be that the reason why the masks worked in NY was because the virus was already done in NY and you can point to the protests and show that NY didn't have a spike.
