I can confirm that i cannot send a "thedonald.win" SMS from the following scenarios (source: i own both T-Mobile & Verizon phone with active lines)

SMS with "thedonald.win" URL From TMobile --> Verizon (does NOT go through) SMS with "thedonald.win" URL From Verizon --> TMobile (Goes Through just fine)

T-Mobile is blocking our domain from being sent out via SMS.

Can provide additional proof if requested.
