I've met a lot of people who jump to conclusions based on little evidence. It's as likely, maybe more likely, he was getting a phone to record what was happening. Everyone pulls out phones to try and pin cops these days. The video doesn't show a gun clearly. You may be right, but you may be wrong. My whole point is seeing a black object that could be a gun and declaring it is without a doubt is a folly.
