I ran my own search. Found a couple elderly people right near me donating tens or hundreds of thousands through act blue in the same manner as in the OMG videos. I haven't reached out yet, but I've street viewed their property and they probably don't have the money to be doing that.

Whistleblower's shouldn't go to organizations, even credible media outlets. They should go to the public with evidence through one of many many possible channels, from onion sites to telegram to reddit to even here. Any credible news source will pick it up from there.
