i understand your anger and frustration; i was genuinely asking why you believe that

idk- i never saw the appeal in the first place. doesn't bother me if you/anyone else hates the guy. it's a free country. have fun, i guess

he's just trying to run for office someday, if you ask me. i didn't downvote you btw

or lemon's just getting high off his own farts and telling us how cool it is—"come try it; it's great, guys!"

by lemon's definition of it, i believe his statement is sincere

he's still wrong, but it's worth noting

friedman put it pretty concisely: "sincerity is a much-overrated virtue," and for some reason the modern left has no interest in the wisdom (or any at all, apparently) he shared with us before he passed

"moron" is closer to correct, and i'm happy to admit that; but there are narrow conditions under which- as a source control (i.e. it's not intended to help you—it's intended to mmmaaaybe slow the spread marginally), it's better than nothing

there are many subjects about which i'll plainly admit that i don't know jack shit and keep my mouth shut, but this isn't one of them

friendly reminder that "never [wearing] a mask anywhere" is still virtue signaling nonsense

there are cases where wearing one confers a non-zero benefit. i.e. - i work in a warehouse and want to visit ny grandma who has cancer. am i wearing it while driving? hell no. walking the dog? lolno. at the grocery store? unless they threaten to kick me out, and then i'm taking my business elsewhere

stop virtue signaling

no correlation. this is stupid for the same reason that seeing "faces on mars" is stupid. you're trying to discern a pattern from noise. the lockdowns neither meaningfully help nor hurt. no reason to characterize/give an opinion on the lockdowns

they're not touching my family unless they want to die lol. same goes for you, bud

but i'll slide you an upvote because i know your heart's in the right place. be strong, young man

WTF are you talking about "flushed out?"

find a good wife. make babies. quit being a bitch

ausglitsch 1 point ago +1 / -0

this is the mostly strangely arousing thing i've read in a while

i live in oregon, and i can assure you: they don't give a fuck if you're driving without license/registration. incidentally, and especially in/around PDX, they have way bigger shit to worry about

it is a culture problem. anybody who participates in the culture he's referencing- irrespective of race or any other circumstance of birth- is a willing participant in the problem

i'm sick of this argument. asians are even less violent. you want to share some stats? let's start talking about and actually praising groups who know how to behave themselves—who successfully participate in civilized society—rather than degrading 16% of the population who happens to commit 52% of all violent crime

saying "boo you're bad; do better" isn't nor could it ever be as effective as saying "fuck yeah- check out these guys who are doing it right; let's be more like them" et cetera

i literally don't care. leave me out it; i'll leave you alone; straight men become marginally more scarce

not seeing the problem here
