I do agree with Scott and OP that we need people that can be trusted at the local level. If you decide to give up then of course things will never change. Once things are secured at the local level, federal level will be a lot smoother.
As we saw in the past couple months, states have much more power than both the federal government and Supreme Court. Trump tried to pressure state legislatures to do the right thing but ultimately they either refused or sat on their hands too long to take any meaningful action.
I also feel many people are making a very big mistake dismissing Scott's efforts just because there was severe election fraud this time around. People only seem to focus on the highly visible positions like president and governor. Even positions you didn't think were important actually are. Winning mayor means you have influence over cops. Don't like the current lockdown restrictions? As mayor, tell the local police commissioner/sheriff to put up appearances of enforcing it but actually disregard most of it instead.
One thing you'll notice about Democrats, they will keep trying and persisting on seemingly lost causes. Colorado and New Mexico used to be red before. So many missed opportunities in places like New Jersey that the Republicans decided it wasn't worth the time or money.
Very good idea. Also encourage them to look over the suit and see if it can be reworded or tweaked to get around the "no standing" bullshit. It seems like that is possible based on what some people were saying last night.
Thank you Tracy for the perspective.
When bad news comes up I usually take a quick look at Razorfist for his take. Right now he's currently streaming Cyberpunk 2077: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQEWArypTEA
He just replied to a super chat asking about his take on Supreme Court's response to Texas and I felt it would help a lot of people after today. Paraphrasing a lot of what he said but general idea is:
Supreme Court was not the last option, it is actually the first. It is possible to refile again, though will need to try a different argument. Notice how quickly the contested states responded? Both the swing states and Supreme Court are nervous. The Supreme Court is supposed to be non-partisan, but we can clearly see it is not. They don't want to be the ones with the responsibility of deciding the president, though notice how quickly they jumped in for Bush v Gore. Make the Supreme Court squirm more with another case.
Jumping for the ammo box should be the last resort. We have not reached the point of no return yet.
The most important take away from his res is we only lose if we let them take it. A big mistake the right did with this Texas case was to put all the eggs in one basket. After it was rejected the media is going to scream from the rooftops that this is the end with the intent of demoralizing everyone.
Just hope this puts some perspective for people feeling blackpilled right now. We need to continue pressuring our government officials and state legislatures just as we have been doing before.
The key point mentioned here by Razorfist is very important. Trump and Giuliani can't do it alone. They can provide the most concrete air-tight evidence with testimony and judges (even SCOTUS) would still throw it out. The biggest obstacle to our case right now is that the general public for the most part are still unaware of recent happenings or fully believe what legacy and social media are telling them. The court of public opinion is still the utmost important one for us to win.
One of the best things we can do right now is keep spreading recent findings and news like the PA hearing, article of the PA judge stopping certification and the other swing states having hearings as well. Don't assume just because it was on RSBN or notable people are tweeting about it that it will get to the general public. Just like how news get posted repeated here, we should instead either be posting it outside of .win or spread by word of mouth.

The governor should of ran for presidency instead.
I think this video will resonate more with the people here than Styx's video I posted yesterday. I know there are people out there still feeling blackpilled. Hopefully this will help a little bit.
Please be sure to watch it all the way. This guy also long predicted that this fraud would happen.
I did not expect my first post to be stickied and have this many votes and comments. Thank you.
While I am also not a fan of the "We'll get them again in 2024 if we lose" talking point, posted this video here because I like the "Break All Their Toys" title and its something Trump should do.
It really seems everything will come down to the courts. I know in theory the judges shouldn't be pro-Trump or pro-Biden but I feel this is what it'll ultimately boil down to. In a perfect world, if a computer or AI were looking at these cases objectively there should be enough doubts raised by all these claims to warrant audits and recounts.
It also doesn't help that right now we're all basically having to wait for responses from the courts. We are on a tight schedule right now since I believe there is a hard date in December where the elector voting must take place no matter what.
Local races are the way to go. The elections were stolen at the state level. Put people that can be trusted in state government positions. You need this strong foundation first before worrying about federal level stuff.
