I said earlier that I disagree with his tweet and I don't think it was good. What I am also saying is that no one was actually hurt by it. I did not like the tweet, but I don't think people were actually damaged from it. You keep saying longs and shorts were hurt, and I am not understanding the scenario in which that is true. You keep ignoring me asking how a long or a short was actually hurt, so I'm guessing you don't really know or think that.

FYI: all of your supposed "proofs" of Elon's fraud are based on future progress. You say that Elon is a fraud because they didn't end up selling 500k cars. You say he is a fraud because he did end up raising capital when he said he wouldn't. You say he is a fraud because his cars ended up being "shoddily" built. You sound angry and upset, but it all seems to boil down to "I hate Elon and his companies". Cool man, just don't buy anything from his companies. This is America, we are allowed to have different buying preferences. It just doesn't make sense to me to try to say that someone is a fraud because all of their projections didn't pan out. Especially when most of them end up coming to fruition, albeit a little late. Is Trump a fraud because we haven't built a wall along the whole southern border? Is Apple a fraud because AirPower never got released? Is Microsoft a fraud because their AR glasses haven't been on schedule or lived up to the promises? You need to chill out man and hope that no one judges you by the same standard that you are judging Elon, because unless you are God, you have likely missed some projections in life or failed to meet a deadline. Being ambitious and trying to change the world doesn't mean you are a liar or a fraud if you don't reach your goals. Again, try stacking up your career to Elon's and see how it looks.

Because the company ended up being worth way more than that 420/share. So how did someone get hurt? The shorts have gotten crushed by the company's performance and sky rocketing stock price, that tweet was not the problem for them. I guess you could make the case for a super-short term short position got hurt, but those people could certainly sue Elon and Tesla for that if they had those positions, and I don't think I've seen anyone even claiming that they were materially damaged. I still don't understand any scenario in which longs got hurt.

They recently projected 500k vehicles for 2020, I thought that's what you were referring to. Sorry for my confusion, but I wasn't lying lol. When did they "promise and guarantee" they would sell 500k cars? Can you give me a source?

Yes, please walk me through it. I am long tesla and have been for a lot of years. How did I get hurt from his tweet? I know some people who are short tesla. How did they get hurt from the tweet? I don't feel like I have been hurt at all from it, so I would like to know where I am wrong.

lol. So you think that Tesla projecting they will sell 500k cars in the next 12 months, before all the coronavirus stuff happened, is going to be a "straight-up undeniable" lie if it doesn't come true? I guess every single public company is going to end up straight-up, undeniably lying according to you. Every company is going to miss estimates this year because of covid. When did he say they were profitable and they weren't? Again, regarding raising capital- people can change their mind when new developments happen. This is not lying and not fraud.

Why do you think anything forward-looking on an earnings report is a promise? You keep thinking that. That is 100% not true. Every earnings call specifically says this. It sounds like you don't understand that earnings call forward-looking statements do NOT equal promises or guarantees.

Regarding lying about a buyer that didn't exist- can you walk me through who was de-frauded in that scenario? If they were, can't they sue Elon? But who was hurt by that tweet? Was it longs or shorts? Explain it to me please.

Nothing you mentioned is even close to fraud. Lol. Having ambitious goals that come true late is not the same as lying. Having ambitious goals that never come true is not lying or fraud. You think a CEO making forward looking speculative statements constitutes a personal pinky-swear promise to you? Ever single public company say this at the beginning of every earnings call: "these are forward looking statements and should not be taken as a guarantee of future events". Every single company does this. Earnings calls are not a court of law.

Regarding the capital raise, the stock jumped like crazy after that call and after he said that. It didn't make sense to dilute at the price during the call, it made a lot more sense when he could get almost 800 a share. That drastically changed the situation. This is not lying, lol. And under what circumstance could that circumstance even be considered fraud? Even if you were right (which you are not), why would it be fraud for a CEO to change his mind about raising capital? Who was de-frauded there?

When did he "promise" autonomous vehicles? And who cares if someone promises something and it ends up being more difficult then they thought or never comes true? That isn't fraud. Being wrong is not fraud.

Shoddily built? If thats what you think, then don't buy them. But that doesn't make anything a fraud. I think you are using the word "fraud" instead of "someone I don't like and a company I wouldn't buy from". The good news is that there is nothing forcing you to buy anything from any of Elon's companies, so cheer up.

The SEC thing about the tweet about going private was not a good decision by Elon. I'm guessing he wishes he could take that back. I am trying to figure out who was de-frauded in that scenario though? The stock probably jumped after he said that, but it has since then more than doubled. Longs certainly didn't end up being hurt, and shorts have gotten wrecked regardless. Who was hurt by that tweet?

How is he a fraud? Ask anyone who owns a Tesla and they will likely tell you it is the best vehicle they have ever had. Do you see how many dedicated youtube channels are just to Tesla. People like their stuff. I watch SpaceX land rockets to re-use, something everyone said was impossible before they started doing it. What exactly makes him a fraud? The 420 tweet? This man has made so many people rich and provides so many good jobs, do you really think we would be better off if Elon didn't exist? That is ridiculous.

lol. If he is a fraud then what are you? Elon's companies employ tens of thousands of good jobs in America. Tesla is worth over 100 billion dollars. SpaceX is probably worth over 50 billion. Let's stack up his resume to yours and see which one is better.

and how much of Jeff Bezo's and Bill Gates money do you personally deserve? And why?

It’s actually a really good question, not to be dismissed. If we are saying we are willing to shut down the economy to save a hundred thousand lives, why don’t we outlaw driving? Heck, think how many lives would be saved by just telling people they can never go outside for anything. This is ridiculous, and I think it is retarded to destroy 10s of millions of jobs and small businesses for a couple hundred thousand people. Many of these small businesses are never coming back, and they worked their whole lives to build up their business.

If “responsibility” means I have to do what you say or you take away my freedom, then I really never had any freedom.

Resveratrol is the compound in red wine. I think you are referring to remdesivir from Gilead. Not sure that is going to work though, but we will know shortly because trials are underway. This article from yesterday does not sound great https://www.statnews.com/pharmalot/2020/03/13/gilead-coronavirus-covid19-clinical-trials/

you are just mad because Session's failure and Trump's clear statements about Session's failures prove your stupid Q conspiracy stuff wrong, and you know it. So you have to cling on, because you want Q stuff to be true, even though it clearly isn't. By saying "we only know what we are told, and during times of war...", you are actually saying "there is nothing that can happen that will make me change my mind because I believe in something that isn't supported by facts and what we know and what keeps happening". Didn't Q also say to "trust horowitz and the IG report?" and that the "2018 midterms were safe?" And didn't he want us to "trust Huber"? lol

The same Q that said the 2018 midterms were safe? The same ones that said trust Sessions? Or trust Huber?

Still don’t understand the lack of need for donations. This isn’t free to run a website and have security and hosting. Where is the money coming from?

I don’t think there is anything close to 30k here yet. When we get there in a few weeks, this place is going to be freaking awesome tho. Cloudfare is the problem tho- it doesn’t take a genius to see that being a problem

Tell me how to donate please. If you make it clear where the money is going, this community will support this site. We understand running something like this isn’t free, and we are going to be targeted by everyone eventually.
