IANAL, but I read an old SCOTUS case from 1800s, US v THROCKMORTON, that said "fraud vitiates everything", meaning all the rules go out the window if there is fraud. I pray to the Most High we can stop this steal.

Yeah. Title 3 of US Code, sections 5, 6, and 15 (and there may be others, IANAL) seem to govern this, and it is some serious legal mumbo-jumbo. We'll need lawyers.
