Totally get it man, was in the same boat but took a look around and quickly cut my losses after Apple's chyna-virus spyware became baked into the updates. I've been really impressed since installing GrapheneOS in April. I use it as my everyday phone with US Mobile as provider. Aurora and F-Droid app stores are growing like crazy.
If you need a smartphone everyone should be running GrapheneOS or CalyxOS on an unlocked Pixel. Yes it is Google hardware but these completely strip Google off the OS. Find a more technical friend if you're unable to get it up and running doesn't take more than 15 mins to set up.

Went for a hike in North Bay outside of SF on a wide open trail with my wife yesterday and some NPC beta male (1 of hardly anyone we passed) went out of his way to come up and harass both of us, pleading we "keep people safe" and "take his extra" masks. Been saying this for 5 months now. Mind blowing how the entire country parrots these massive numbers in every medium/channel without a single person in power countering them with the comorbidity data... Statistically, absolutely no one young and healthy is dying from this. Yet here we are.. The CDC literally has 'presumed' cases included as a caveat under their matrices. The data is completely unusable at best and completely cooked at worst.

I work for a major company and have went through the 'anonymous' survey and when my (respectful) feedback was received on the CRT output pumping business-wide since May and new formal required trainings, my hardware was confiscated less than 2 days later, without reason. Ended up getting it back 2 weeks later with no real explanation. To echo everyone else, that is the last time I will expect any "anonymous" survey to remain anonymous. There's a lot of us out here man, if ever you feel alone, trust me you're not.
I live around the area and cannot believe this wasn't first reported to law enforcement. I'd be happy to go directly through county/city channels to raise hell for this but can't do a thing now that this is all likely going to be scrubbed.

Couldn't agree more from personal XP. People outside of CA really underestimate the amount of conservatives heavily entrenched throughout the entire East side. Northeast CA around Shasta is redder than a baboons ass. I've been in SF Bay Area 7 years now originally from KC 'burbs. I've never been more convinced this area should not be 'given up' or ceded to these crazies. The insane government corruption and urban decay can be turned around if the movement becomes large enough and the heads of the 'snakes' are removed.
