Despite three churches burning across the country in just over 24 hours, you’re unlikely to have heard about it if you are only following mainstream media. It is highly unlikely that there would have been this kind of silence if the arsonists were right-wing or if they the places of worship been any other religion.
But, its not just three is it?

The Supreme Court on Wednesday voted 7-2 to uphold rules established by the Trump administration that would allow employers with sincerely held moral or religious objections to deny their employees access to free contraceptive coverage.
The rules broadened a carve out to the contraceptive coverage mandate included in the Affordable Care Act, the health-care overhaul commonly known as Obamacare. According to government estimates, the religious exemption would lead to possibly as many 125,000 women losing their coverage.
Justice Clarence Thomas, who authored the opinion of the court, wrote that the Trump administration “had the authority to provide exemptions from the regulatory contraceptive requirements for employers with religious and conscientious objections.”
The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that the Little Sisters of the Poor is exempt from an Obama-era mandate to provide contraception in their healthcare plans.
The case, Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania, marked the Catholic religious order’s second time before the Supreme Court, after nearly 10 years of legal dispute. It arose when the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state governments sued the Trump administration for exempting the Little Sisters from the contraception mandate.
The exemption, issued in the form of a 2017 executive order from President Trump, stated that the religious order is protected from “undue interference from the federal government.” Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar recommitted to that position the following year with guidelines exempting religious nonprofit groups from contraception requirements outlined in the 2010 Affordable Care Act.

They are each charged with conspiracy to commit cyberstalking and conspiracy to tamper with witnesses and will make appearances in federal court in Boston at a later date.
According to the charging documents, the victims of the cyberstalking campaign were a Natick couple who are the editor and publisher of an online newsletter that covers ecommerce companies, including eBay, a multinational ecommerce business that offers platforms for consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer transactions. Members of the executive leadership team at eBay followed the newsletter’s posts, often taking issue with its content and the anonymous comments underneath the editor’s stories.
It is alleged that in August 2019, after the newsletter published an article about litigation involving eBay, two members of eBay’s executive leadership team sent or forwarded text messages suggesting that it was time to “take down” the newsletter’s editor.
In response, Baugh, Harville, Popp, Gilbert, Zea, Stockwell, and others allegedly executed a three-part harassment campaign. Among other things, several of the defendants ordered anonymous and disturbing deliveries to the victims’ home, including a preserved fetal pig, a bloody pig Halloween mask, a funeral wreath, a book on surviving the loss of a spouse, and pornography – the last of these addressed to the newsletter’s publisher but sent to his neighbors’ homes.
As part of the second phase of the campaign, some of the defendants allegedly sent private Twitter messages and public tweets criticizing the newsletter’s content and threatening to visit the victims in Natick. The documents allege that Baugh, Gilbert, Popp and another eBay security employee planned these messages to become increasingly disturbing, culminating with “doxing” the victims (i.e., publishing their home address). It is alleged that the very same group intended then to have Gilbert, a former Santa Clara police captain, approach the victims with an offer to help stop the harassment that the defendants were secretly causing, in an effort to promote good will towards eBay, generate more favorable coverage in the newsletter, and identify the individuals behind the anonymous comments.
The third phase of the campaign allegedly involved covertly surveilling the victims in their home and community. According to the complaint, Harville and Zea registered for a software development conference to explain their trip to Boston on Aug. 15, 2019. Baugh, Harville, and Zea (and later Popp) allegedly drove to the victims’ home in Natick several times, with Harville and Baugh intending at one point to break into the victims’ garage and install a GPS tracking device on their car. As protection in the event they were stopped by local police, Baugh and Harville allegedly carried false documents purporting to show that they were investigating the victims as “Persons of Interest” who had threatened eBay executives. The victims spotted the surveillance, however, and notified the Natick police, who began to investigate. The police learned that Zea had rented one of the cars used by the defendants and reached out to eBay for assistance.
Aware that the police were investigating, the defendants allegedly sought to interfere with the investigation by lying to the police about eBay’s involvement while pretending to offer the company’s assistance with the harassment, as well as by lying to eBay’s lawyers about their involvement. At one point, for example, Baugh, Gilbert, Popp, and Stockwell allegedly plotted to fabricate another eBay “Person of Interest” document that could be offered to the police as a lead on some of the harassing deliveries. As the police and eBay’s lawyers continued to investigate, the defendants allegedly deleted digital evidence that showed their involvement, further obstructing what had by then become a federal investigation.
The charges of conspiracy to commit cyberstalking and conspiracy to tamper with witnesses each carry a sentence of up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release, a fine of up to $250,000 and restitution. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
U.S. Attorney Andrew E. Lelling; Joseph R. Bonavolonta, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Field Division; and Natick Chief of Police James G. Hicks made the announcement today. eBay provided valuable assistance and cooperation with the federal investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Seth B. Kosto and David J. D’Addio of Lelling’s Securities, Financial and Cyber Fraud Unit are prosecuting the case.
The details contained in charging documents are allegations. The defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Ukraine judge orders Joe Biden be listed as alleged perpetrator of crime in prosecutor’s firing
In Kiev late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.
The court had previously ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations in February to investigate Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked.
The court ruled then that there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-President Petro Poroshenko, including a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference in Shokin’s work as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.
But when law enforcement agencies opened the probe they refused to name Biden as the alleged perpetrator of the crime, instead listing the potential defendant as an unnamed American.
Vovk ruled that anonymous listing was improper and ordered the law enforcement agencies to formally name Biden as the accused perpetrator.
The ruling orders “a competent person of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine who conducts procedural management in criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236 dated February 24, 2020 to enter information into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations … a summary of facts that may indicate the commission of a criminal offense under Paragraph 2 of Article 343 of the Criminal procedure code of Ukraine on criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236 dated February 24, 2020, namely: information on interference in the activities of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, Viktor Mykolaiovych performed by citizen of the United States of America Joseph Biden, former U.S. Vice President.”

Trump Administration Reaches Deal to Manufacture Drugs, Ingredients Needed to Treat COVID-19
The Trump administration is providing $354 million to a company that will head efforts to manufacture key drugs and drug ingredients for use against COVID-19.
Virginia-based Phlow Corporation is heading a team that will provide manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and the chemical compounds for those ingredients, as well as generic drugs that are in short supply because of surges in hospitalized patients due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ingredients and drugs will be manufactured in the United States, including a new facility that will be erected in Virginia. The specific drugs weren’t named but doctors have warned of shortages of hydroxychloroquine because of its widespread use against COVID-19. Hydroxychloroquine is usually used against malaria, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis.

The Iranian delegation is to develop an infrastructure to protect against air attacks. It is also planned to build a command and control station, the construction of living areas, watchtowers and bunkers in which warheads, rocket fuel and other things can be stored. Together with their Venezuelan partners, rocket silos about 20 meters deep are also planned.

Such missile wells are not easy to design. On the one hand, they must allow the missile exhaust to escape, and they must contain tube systems, for example for the fuel supply.

>Section 202 of the bill forces the Trump administration to “prioritize” the resettlement of Syrian Kurds and also “stateless persons who habitually resided in Syria, and other Syrians who partnered with, or worked for or directly with, the United States Government in Syria” along with all their relatives. Again we see where our congress ( both right and left ) working against the Presidential mandates and presidential orders.

Why would the republicans sign onto this bill, is it strictly due to the Turkey/border/kurds issue, or do you think its more?
I understand people wanting to bring interpreters over, people who they have worked with and been loyal to America, and our Troops, but there are many there too, that have worked against our troops too.. Vetting should always be a Requirement, imho, but what's your thoughts on it?

Supreme Court Rules Unanimously to Limit Civil Forfeiture Laws
I was never a fan of Civil Asset Forfeiture to begin with. While I do agree that tools used in the perpetration of a crime should be ceased, this is a system which has been abused since its inception & vast expansion under Obama. Note, in this particular instance, SCOTUS sent the issue of the vehicle seizure back to the state court..it was used in the perpetration of a crime.

>The move was made in a ruling that states the Eighth Amendment, which bars “excessive fines” on the federal level, also applies to state and local governments.

This sends a message to the states who are abusing this system.
Thomas and Gorsuch both concur, this was a wholly bipartisan decision, and also sends a clear message there is no place in Law Enforcement for Politics.

I've made a few posts in the past, about the rights of parents being usurp'd by various government agencies when there is no clear violation of abuse, physical abuse present in the household, but rather the abuse allegation stems from a clear political position to uphold leftist values on transgendering, transitioning in various situations.
Today in the Daily Caller:Political Action Is Needed To Protect Kids Like James Younger we again see evidence of this in multiple states.
The issue, as with the James Younger case in Texas, is that parents are given a gag order, so awareness is nill on this topic in most states. If you're not involved with the case, you are not aware of it, if you are involved in the case, you legally can't speak about the case.

And there was just an article/thread also, about how parents are not allowed to excuse their children from transgender curriculum regardless of religious affiliation/beliefs.
I honestly, don't know even where to start on this, as a Parents Right is Sacred in 99.99% of American's hearts and minds. We as parents, should be the sole determinant of our children's needs, except in the case of Severe Mental/Physical Abuse, and in that case a very high bar needs to be set. A Spanking, is not abuse. ....

Pls list the states you are aware of, which provide services/medication to children to transgender without parental knowledge.
The ball seems to be in our court now, we either find a way stop this in its tracks, or allow the state to take our children and their future.
Edit to include: one more issue you should be aware of, is when the court takes your child, or orders a service provided to your child, YOU"RE STILL BILLED FOR IT TOO. That includes, group homes, medical, physiological services, the transitioning drugs, etc. Parents are still on the hook for the full bill, some may qualify for assistance programs, but regardless, if you're middle class, you get stuck not only having to hire an Attorney to Represent You, but also, any decision which the court makes, EVEN if that court has taken your parental rights completely away.
