I think we are close to 1774 just after the Tea party. They rolled out the coercive acts punishing Bostonians and it was in reaction to the coercive acts that the first Continental Congress was formed.
^ I think we already know the result of the case based on how expeditiously they are hearing it. Where were you, SC?
Epoch news is awesome. Don't pay if you don't want to. I get the paper and even ordered it for my mom. You don't have a garbage email account for things like that anyway?
But they are finally considering to consider the evidence. That's the closest we've gotten! We should wait and trust all the people that screwed America. Don't blow it now. Just try to remember to forget they forgot us.
I'm okay with results regardless of what the map looks like... if all the votes are honest and the process transparent.
I'd agree, but I was there and saw this guy with a gash above his left eye brow and blood and pepper spray all over his white uniform. Find pictures of an officer in white on the West entrance before the push past the scaffolding. He did get hit in the head with something.

This, I believe, is Brian Sicknick just before he was struck in the head. I saw him minutes later and he had his visor up, his mask off, blood all over his face and uniform, and a crazed look on his face.
I saw this guy on the steps he was bleeding from his left eye brow. Had been sprayed with pepper spray too.

This picture is after pepper spray and before blood.
Thanks for fighting a good fight, but I don't see anything peculiar in this particular video. She looks to be massaging the paper to coax it into running properly. When it doesn't it goes to adjudication. No biggie
You're right. it's spray. Between the time this picture was taken and the time I saw him and watched him fall back he lost his mask, his visor was up, his left eye had a guy near the brow, and blood had run down his face onto his uniform. He had a manic look on his face like he'd just been through some stuff and that weapon in his hand. This dude looks just like Brian Sicknick.
Okay, so does that rule him out? I got the impression the titles were being used interchangeably.
Was taken just between 2:20 and 2:30. I saw him just after 2:30 and by 2:35 they had fallen back and we were pressing onto the southern scaffolding. My photos have a gap between 2:29 and 2:35 while I was deleting old videos as I was out of space.
Because Chip believes that Pence did not have authority to reject electors and therefore Trump pressuring him to do so led his supporters to believe there was a constitutional path to right a stolen election. However, that authority is debatable and has been the subject of debate from experts on both sides. Chip would only be right if Trump knew pence lacked authority and the question was not ambiguous; which it clearly is

I saw this too. This looks to be around the same time that I saw the guy, moments before the police were flanked on the left and the center line pushed. He was retreating under the scaffolding, already bleeding, when this took place.
This fire extinguisher was actually filled with pepper spray. Crazy, I know. Apparently there were other extinguishers floating around because there is video of one being thrown at the backs of other police.
This picture is definitely only pepper spray. No blood. When I saw him his visor was flipped up, his mask was off, and he'd clearly been hit by something over his left eye with blood running down his face and onto his shirt. He had orange and red all over.
It couldn't have been much later than this picture was taken because the crowd was only in this position for a little bit.
I'm just curious what it means to storm anything, yet do no harm?
This is a good question and one I've grappled with since the 6th. I saw several methods to get through but they boil down to: clash & pull back barriers and overwhelm.
Clashing wasn't very effective. small pockets of aggressive people screaming and getting in the face of the police. They really weren't attacking physically until the battle over the doors, but they'd provoke and get pepper sprayed, flash bombed, and tear gassed. Some further back were chucking things, but not a lot. There were actually guys in between the aggressive type and the police protecting the police and talking down the wild ones. If everyone had been that wild the police would have fallen back immediately, but that wasn't the energy of the crowd.
Another tactic that was happening right next to those clashing was to simply overwhelm. They'd first pull down and away the barricades, then a large mass of bodies would keep pushing forward with the ones closest to police having their backs turned to avoid spray. With the whole mass pushing together it was like an end zone push and the police were forced fall back. That was very effective considering the police were also getting flanked on both sides as there were not enough of them. They couldn't spray, or hit the crowd as those at the front werent even the ones pushing. Eventually they fell back completely and the doors were wide open.
I don't know if windows had to be broken in order to gain entry. They were smashing the doors once they reached the building as the doors became the focal point for the aggressive ones, but fighting at the door didn't seem to work as the wall of police was too thick at such a narrow opening. If windows had to be broken to gain entry, I'm okay with that. Also okay with charging those that did break them. Those clashing seemed to be mostly Q, or were at least dressed that way. In talking with the crowd the Q seemed much more rowdy and a little unhinged.
Like our founding Fathers, I prefer dangerous liberty to safe slavery.
Yes! I think the 6th is akin to the Boston Tea Party. The people standing up and saying no. There were strict penalties then too in way of the coercive act, but that led to more patriotism and the convening of the first Continental Congress. I think that is where we are right now in as much as history is repeating itself.
My major concern is the unfairness of hunting people down who are completely innocent
-
Stormed Capitol, fought police, broke things
-
Stormed Capitol, yelled USA, took pictures
-
At rally and at Capitol, just watching and shouting USA
-
Supporter of Trump
-
Conservative or Christian
I think everyone agrees #1 should be charged and face jail time. Regardless of motives, you pay the consequences.
I happen to think if you want to charge the group 2, I'm okay with that. Standing up for what you think is right is not always consequence free. Some disagree and it's easy to see why when you contrast the actions of that group with the Antifa/BLM group, but rule of law is rule of law and should be applied to all.
The scary part is the attack on the 3rd group from employers and the media. The REALLY scary part is the attack on groups 4 & 5 that has been heating up and we'll see if the people will stand for it. They had been trying to turn the heat up on the frog so to speak to get support for persecuting conservatives and Christians through propaganda. We've seen where that can lead.
I'd think so. I'd love to find out I'm wrong, but that guys face haunted me before I knew anyone died. He looked like he was in berzerker mode. I noped away from him so quick. I'd already filled up my phones memory with pictures at the rally so I was face to face with him while deleting old random videos from my phone.
No, crazy pepper spray gun. When I saw him he was not wearing a mask and his visor was flipped up. That was moments after this photo was taken
He was the only one wearing a white uniform and had been sprayed in the face and chest with pepper spray and hit in the head with something thrown. There was blood and spray all over his white uniform. He was holding a pepper spray gun that looked like something out of bioshock. He had a wild look in his eye and it was the one photo I regret not getting. When I saw the photo of the deceased it looked exactly like him. Anyone find any other photos of the officer in white? He was near the tower on the west side and fell back as they pushed up onto the southern scaffolding
Except, if he is the one I think he is, he was sprayed by us. He was the only one wearing a white uniform and had been hit in the head with something thrown. I saw him with spray and blood all over his white uniform. He was holding a pepper spray gun that looked like something out of bioshock. I found a shot of him and I'll try post it

Does anyone have any photos of him that day? Was he wearing white? I saw a guy wearing a white uniform that was bleeding from above his left eye and it had run down his face and all over his uniform. Haunting. He had this futuristic pepper spray gun that freaked me out. He was the only one wearing white and he looked just like Sicknic. I found another picture of the guy in white but it didn't show his face. I'm pretty sure the guy got hit with something thrown from the crowd and I'm pretty sure he's the same guy that died. Hate to ruin your "they're lying to us" party, but I think this might be true.
It's cool. Not that important. Take your time. If I'm in a camp or jail by then do you think they'll make an announcement? Probably, yeah, so it's fine.
