Shouldn't the consequence be that bad ideas are down voted, thus reducing their ability to spread; much like natural selection in mating. Our voting system is the currency for a free marketplace of ideas. They should be given a voice, unless abusive or spammy. That would make this place truly special.

I don't think this pedo stuff is the target and, unless tied to Joe, should be downplayed in comparison to the low hanging fruit of corruption. Me too. This is a lesson to everyone willing to listen that money can buy pleasure, but it cannot buy happiness? In search of what the left values most, money and power, Joe sacrificed his family. Why does the left value that most? Because they are Godless people. Having faith leads you to have an eternal perspective and value things like family and charity; which leads to happiness.
