I work in a nursing home and let me just say: it is infuriating and heartbreaking at the same time. Our residents have been stuck in their rooms for about a month now, no visitors, and they aren't even allowed to go out on our front porch with a mask while practising social distancing. They are all restless and I swear getting cabin fever. Several of my bed bound residents who had family coming 3 times a day are losing their hair! But they all have windows and their loved ones come to them, it's just not the same. It is truly frustrating because there is nothing I can do personally to fix it other than let them use my phone.
