I have lived in a couple of other countries (study abroads and for work) and it has absolutely been same shit different place every where except the US as far as individual rights and liberties are concerned. Yeah agree on that. Little you can do to allocation of actively managed mutual funds, but to anyone reading this with money in mutual funds: Just take it out and put that money in a passive ETF. You will do far better over time. ETFs have lower expense ratios, the benefit of which will be huge due to compounding if you are keeping your money in their for decades. In the finance industry, we literally call mutual fund investors Dumb Money investors.
