Fireeye was the vector into their supply chain. SolarWinds is the first to discover it. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more.

Solarwinds handles the monitoring - a little like the burglar alarm. Next would be another cyberattack while the monitoring is offline.

Lots of people getting woken up right now.

OK - this is a big deal. Background, I wrote literally the first web-based systems and network monitoring system and now work for a large cybersecurity company. Anyone using Solarwinds has to turn it off now - that's like turning off the alarm systems on the government computer networks.

Looks like it's associated with the FireEye hack.

Of course the next step is a cyberattack while the alarms are turned off.

This is going to be interesting.

They'd make such a deal.

It's based on a 2015 filing, probably very similar with updates to cover the new bug. Not nefarious.

(I've got a couple of patents and filed a pile more).

It's sad to know who's hairline that is.

If you're using Chrome and had the password autofilled go to chrome://settings/

Then search 'donald' and you can click the little eye icon and see your old password and copy it...

Then log back in.

Florida had hanging chads and Broward county. Gov fired Broward Co elections corruptor. Even Noodles has been quiet.

Nice not to be ground zero for the shitshow for once.

That's unusually subtle for TD.

No - but Zerohedge has a good article about the effect of how long the tests are run for on positive results.

The meaningful phrase is "cycle count"

Good Christian, very thoughtful, terrible president.

The US had become a laughing stock under Carter, including the Iranian hostage mess and the rise of the Ayatollahs.

Reagan was the solution to that, a lot like Trump has been the solution to Obama.

History doesn't repeat, but it rhymes.
