The best explication I’ve seen for meek was from Jordan Peterson and it was “ He who has a sword, and knows how to use it, but keeps it sheathed”

It is knowing what you are capable of, and being restrained until absolutely necessary, and doing only what is necessary.

My favourite one was “study finds people that don’t wear masks have a lower working memory” ie, people that don’t wear masks are stupid.

Really enjoyed listening to my highly educated aunts discuss that one over coffee (while of course not wearing masks).
