The GOP in the contested swing states are seating Electors for Trump; therefore, when it's time to count the Electoral votes on Jan 6, 2021, there's going to be dual groups of Electors - ones sent by corrupt Demonrats and ones sent by GOP Republicans who support the President. It only takes one House member and one Senator to contest an Elector or an entire State's Electors - however, then the Congress gets to debate for two hours, each person getting 5 min. Then they vote Senate and House both. If both chambers vote to oust the Elector, then that reduces the number of votes for Biden and/or Trump. If at the end of this debate neither candidate has 270 electoral votes - 12th Amendment time.
VP does not pick the next president. If on Jan. 6, 2021, neither candidate has 270 electoral votes after the counting and debate, that triggers the 12th Amendment to the Constitution. The House of Representatives would pick the President. The Senate would pick the Vice President. Currently, President Trump has a lead in both the House and Senate, so Trump could get a second term via the 12th Amendment.
The entire High Court will get a second, maybe more, chance to redeem themselves. As an attorney, I believe they held true to the constitution on standing - it was a 50/50 call, and the true constitutionalists called Texas' bluff. However, the President and the Legislators of the various states are the true Plaintiffs, they suffered injury directly (as opposed to indirect injury claimed by Texas). We shall see if Kavanaugh and the rest are true constitutionalists when they get to decide these cases on the merits of the case (the fraud) rather that ruling on these technicalities. HOLD THE LINE, PEDES - YOUR PRESIDENT ISN'T QUITTING, AND NEITHER SHOULD WE!
