no, I understand how this pregnancy works. I know the gay guy's mom's egg is not being used. That does not change the fact that she is carrying the sperm of her son or her son-in-law. That is creepy. I don't care about homosexuality. It is creepy to carry the sperm of your own child. I'd say the same if it were a heterosexual couple in which the girl could not get pregnant for whatever reason, so the girl's mom chose to incubate their child. Creepy. Not okay.
wel first, I don't know if that is possible, I have no idea when girls start creating eggs, but I'd assume it won't be happening when still in the mother's womb (what do I know though). It's irrelevant anyway because if girls can start creating eggs that early, then that's just natural development. There is nothing natural about carrying the sperm of your son or his husband.
I don't care if it is technically incest or not. Carrying a baby with the sperm of your son or son-in-law is creepy as fuck and should not be acceptable in any way. Even if it was implanted with some other woman's egg.
