I was surprised that he responded. You should hear the speech he gave, it was pathetic. He allowed these protesters to shut down an entire main highway. Any rightwing protests - say anti abortion rallies - have always been forced to the side of the road with signs. I wonder if he would allow ANY right wing protest of any nature to shut down a main highway in the city. Highly unlikely.
