Federal Reserve, Inc is a private company. Founded by the Rothschilds. They spend a lot of money to promote the idea that the company is a government entity. It is not. They also go to great lengths to hide their ownership.

I saw a documentary "The Money Masters" that talks about the history of the Rothschild family and central banking. They invented central banking. Banking is the most profitable industry every. The first Rothschild figured out that loaning to government was the most profitable market for banking. One big loan vs lots of small loans. And the big loan is secured by tax payers.

Some friends and I calculate that Federal Reserve, Inc makes about $200 billion per year from interest payments on the loan to the US gov. Possibly more now that the debt is bigger.

It also gives them control of our politicians. If they do not like the politicians in office, they raise interest rates and collapse the economy. Voters blame the politicians, not the family that raised interest rates.
