First, we have to change election laws, though or a lot of people won't have confidence to vote again.
You have to change election law first. We have 23 Republican "trifectas" (control of governor, state senate AND state house), as well as legislative control in several other states. Republicans have the Goverrnor, but not the legislature in a few others.
Hand-counted paper ballots. Ban vote counting machines. Require voter ID. No excuse-free absentee or all mail-in voting. Ban ballot harvesting.
Election held and ballots counted on one day, the same day.
THEN, yes, we vote out the RINOs and proceed with MAGA.

"Israel first" is a myth. The better question is: Why does the Left, every country but the US, the UN and Islam hate Jews and want them out of Israel?
