Is there reasonable doubt? Did Kirby have a lethal dose of fentanyl combined with other drugs in him? Lethal? Did he wig out and fight with cops, have severe heart disease AND the Wu flu? Does it seem possible, even reasonable, that all that, including a fatal dose of drugs actually killed him?
I mean, it seems so probable to me, that I have more than reasonable doubt that Chauvin didn't kill Kirby. We just need one or a few jurors to acknowledge the obvious, and hang the jury.
