There aren't any lower charges. Had they tossed in something like failure to stop and render aid, maybe they'd have a case for that. But they didn't. They want to fuck him over HARD.
It's going to be a hung jury. Some or most of those folks have to have an agenda they are going to fuck him no matter what. I just hope that there are some who actually apply the legal standard. Is there reasonable doubt? Did Kirby have a lethal dose of fentanyl combined with other drugs in him? Lethal? Did he wig out and fight with cops, have severe heart disease AND the Wu flu? Does it seem possible, even reasonable, that all that, including a fatal dose of drugs actually killed him?
I mean, it seems so probable to me, that I have more than reasonable doubt that Chauvin didn't kill Kirby. We just need one or a few jurors to acknowledge the obvious, and hang the jury.
It would have been more helpful to everyone if he had declassified any and everything on his way out the door and shared EVERYTHING. We elected him to burn it all down, to drain the swamp. The swamp won. I don't fault him for getting cheated, he was truly almost an island to himself, so many uniparty folks shived him when they got the chance.
I just wish he had taken a flammenwerfer to everyone, exposed all the crime and deceit, and then written pardons for everyone who had ever been associated with him. Look at the bullshit the uniparty is throwing at Matt Gaetz.
I remember saying at the time, that Trump should be writing pardons for anyone he has ever met and known, because the left is never going to let it go. They want personal destruction for Trump and anyone aligned with him, and anyone who supports him.
Exactly. I used to buy popsicles every so often, until one day I noticed "women owned business" on the packaging. Who gives a shit? Still, it pissed me off that I needed to know that. I quit buying them. I mean, they were a guilty pleasure anyway, no nutritional value, so no big loss to me.
I mean, I quit shopping at Target when they welcomed men in their women's changing rooms, so I can't not shop there any more than I'm already not shopping there.
I question whether a Trump supporter would be on amphetamines. Isn't that commonly referred to as 'meth?' I would expect a meth user to be an antifa or blm plant.
I'm offended by the cultural appropriation by the gate agent. Why she gotta have dat White Becky hair?
Our military will probably be ordered to walk a mile in high heels to empathize with the newly defeated Taiwanese, and the already subjugated Hong Kong folks. Notice you see and hear nothing about Hong Kong now? That's because it's all over for them. Their promised "two systems, one government" treatment was a lie.
Their leaders are probably all already dead or in the camps with the Uigers (sp?).
The sad thing is, when they took Continental, they absorbed a well run, well liked airline. The hope that Continental's good service would rub off on United.....didn't pan out. United ended up dragging the legacy Continental down to their level.
Shouldn't have to fight the governor to pass a common sense law like this. Can't wait for Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders!
Obama: NASA's primary mission is Muslim outreach.
Biden: NASA's primary mission will be to welcome an invading army of illegals to our country.
Trump: NASA's primary mission will be to go back to the Moon, then on to Mars. Also, Space Force, bitches!

The problem is, they wouldn't make it past the TSA to be able to confront the airline staff.
Those two Muzzie terrorists are more American than actual American citizens.

The Biden family has besties everywhere. Have we forgotten about that cool $ 3.5M from the Moscow mayor's wife to Hunter's business?
Exactly. They're not trying to run anyone off, they're trying to recruit people to the deviant gay lifestyle. Surprised they didn't just make the spikes dildo shaped.
Technically, it was a murder, if we strictly follow the law. The dope dealer that sold Floyd the lethal drugs, Morries Hall, is responsible for the death, and under MN law, Morries is the murderer. They just have the wrong guy on trial.
Meanwhile, David Dorn is dead, Kyle Rittenhouse is in jail, and a guy who clearly defended himself from rioters committed suicide from the stress of being under constant threat and attack. If the mob comes for you, you already lost. If there were a rooftop Korean moment now, where rioters were being shot, you can damn well bet that no expense would be spared to prosecute every rooftop Korean for defending their stores and livelihoods. It's different now. Even if you successfully defend yourself and your property, you'll be drained by legal bills, fighting for your freedom, and you, your loved ones, and your property all will have big targets on them. You and your loved ones have to be perfect to protect yourselves and your property from the retaliation of the mob. The mob just has to get lucky once. How long can you keep up that perfect, exhausting defense? A month? 3 months?
One of the few bright spots to this whole plandemic is people have started to respect personal space again. I always hated being in line somewhere and the person behind me was 6 inches away from me. Bich, back off a little bit. I don't know you, we're not close personal friends. And it's never beautiful women who are 6 inches away from me......I'd be OK with that.
While I support the boycott of all things MLB, this was probably a good move. Denver is a lot safer and less violent than Atlanta, which was and is a hotspot for the blm rioters, plus the general violent crime prevalent in Atlanta, for a reason that just escapes me.......
I thought he was talking about Mitt Romney, although I was thrown a little bit by the KY part.
Probably the OP's Door Dash driver......
Represented by the steelworkers' union? Weird. I remember when Trump singlehandedly saved steel/aluminum plants here in the US, with a combination of an energy policy that brought us low and stable energy prices, relaxed regulation, AND tariffs on China to combat them dumping their shit in the US. Just locally, at least one or two steel plants restarted, thanks to Trump's policies.
One wonders how the paper plant workers can't figure out that Biden's plans to make the price of energy skyrocket, combined with more regulation, and higher corporate taxes was going to work out well for them.
