As Robert Barnes pointed out, two of the charges have basically the same conditions but wildly different sentencing. That's why one was removed. Another case reached a verdict in the meantime that they think changed the way a person can be charged, so the prosecution wanted that third charge added back. Either way it won't fly.

First thing the cops always ask is if you left the door unlocked. I don't know why, it doesn't affect the charges at all, but they seem to think it's important and judge you based off it. They've never once done anything to help me recover anything stolen, including my entire car.

This city is particularly scummy. They have areas downtown marked as no parking that literally everyone uses as loading zones or short term parking, including the cops, meter maids and other city vehicles. There is nowhere else to park. They also don't leave tickets on the car, they don't even bother to print them out. I think I have 5 outstanding tickets at the moment. They keep sending me notices since the courts are closed due to their stupid little covid hoax.
