There is a lot of money in the gaming market. It’s unbelievable. You may say, “yeah I know,” but to actually see the dollars pour in on a weekly basis, it’s staggering. I worked on a certain matter for a certain gaming platform for a corporate litigation matter. The gaming service was a straight cash cow. And yes, in-game/app purchases were a significant chunk.
Game developers and platform providers both are just stuffing pockets with cash at the expense of some parents who would rather defer parenting to a screen than to pick up a glove and go outside and play catch together. My friends are included in this.
I would also get a hold of the formal written policy they should have created around this new policy, especially since this is a privacy issue.
Read through to see if there are any loop holes, eg, this policy does not apply to individuals in certain positions or does not apply if you have not been issued a company device.
Generally, you can’t launch these kind of new rules across an organization without multiple levels of signatures and a formal publication. All of this is typically formal because it’s generally used to terminate people when they violate a policy. If there’s no standard, that means there is subjectivity. Subjectivity means they’re opening themselves up to lawsuits.
If they’re asking you to comply with whatever, ask them for the written policy. If they don’t have one, I would check whatever governing statutes applicable for this presumably state university and see if they are mandated to write policies. If they are, and they haven’t, they’re technically in violation of state law. If it’s a private university, I would see if they have any other policies related, such as how they handle issuing new policies.

Ignore everything and focus on that pervert’s hands the whole time. That’s beyond inappropriate. No normal person, especially outside a family, touches a child like that. I’m angry at this, and at the family (looking at you Mom) who also allows this to happen for gaining a position of power.
I find it interesting that if I want to read about jack daniels distillery or visit a brewery website, I have to verify my age before entering the website to learn about a legitimate business. But the worst stuff on the internet can be freely accessed without any barrier. Clearly this is not by accident.

For some people, they have to turn in devices. Some may be required to sign an affidavit stating they didn’t do what was prohibited. For something like this, they probably will put her under active surveillance with some trumped up excuse.
The fear of being caught violating a pretrial restriction is enough to stop most people because it will give a judge ammo to add points onto your sentencing scoresheet if you’re ultimately convicted. Additionally, if you’re caught before any trials, you’ll likely be placed into lockup until your trial, foregoing your freedom under a bailment.
My knowledge is at a state level.
For her situation, and I don’t have all the facts on her matter and am merely speculating, this could likely be a federal matter, which will really be no good. Then you have deep state goons with access.
If she was about to immediately publish something that prosecutors and whomever else could claim would create such a danger to whomever else if they don’t get her right now, they could arrest without a warrant. It’s clear some people were working behind the scenes to set all of this up, which is the worst kind of situation to be in as a defendant bc they’ve had time to strategize on how to take the defendant down without a breach in due process. For her sake, I hope she isn’t running her mouth.
What they’ll likely do is place some pre-trial restrictive conditions on her so even if she’s released on bail she can’t get on a computer of any kind or manage, directly or indirectly, any data related to the criminal prosecution.

If I may play defense counsel, we don’t know if they intentionally sent these seeds with these defects. Let’s be fair, this quality is par for the course with Chinese goods.

A litmus test I use for churches today is whether they will say marriage is between a man and woman in their statement of beliefs on their website. It’s not my only measurement tool, but it’s a big sign if they’re silent on it.

China has an entire government agency dedicated to banning certain tech related businesses. It’s called the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC). It’s literally the Soup Nazi of the Internet in China. “No internet for you.” This is the group that works hand in hand with big tech to ban people and companies who dare go against China. With just a word, the CAC can discontinue the sales of devices and profitable apps being sold in China by US big tech, so US big tech does anything they demand.
China also has the NRTA which was previously known as the SAPPRFT. These are also censorship agencies.

Single now, but was married and was more recently engaged to this type of woman, and I have dated dozens of them. Still friends with some who are all now married with children. The kind of women who can’t sit through classic movies bc it’s not HD, truly comprehend the word of God bc they are so in loved with the world, or read a book other than something recommended by NY Times or Oprah.
They are smart in the sense they can read, maybe shop at grocery store, and probably hold a job, but when they aren’t trying to lean in, they would much rather be on facebook, TikTok, watch MSM, and find someone they can dump their children on during the day so they can binge on Netflix shows and drink
I now inundate these women with content from TDw, mainly Biden content that shows his affinity for touching children because this hits home with them. Clip after clip of Biden touching kids. Clip about Biden making comments about kids. These women are finally getting it, but it has taken a long time for them to wake up. It used to be sigh and a comment like, “this is bad,” followed by “so I was watching The Office the other day.” But it has finally got to “wtf is wrong with these people,” and “our country is doomed if we let these people in office.” It just took a while to open their eyes bc they’re are simple minded and fairly selfish individuals. Now they send me screenshots of idiots on Facebook. Just have to keep pounding this stuff in their heads to flush out all the mainstream crap theyve been focused on for years.
The left is churning out such awful content the liberals I know don’t even bother responding to me anymore when I send clips of their foolishness.
