I'm gonna draw hate for this - but this needs to be looked at closely. I've seen a lot of fake flags over the years. The Fort Lauderdale airport shooting being one of the most well documented.
Injuries and blood are easily faked.
Why would a federal agent take a shot against an unarmed person presenting no danger?
Why would he take the shot with cops behind the victim?
Why was he wearing gloves?
Why did the police not event flinch?
Why didn't they render first aid, either there or on the gurney?
Why didn't they secure the scene instead of letting the others roam freely?
Why didn't the officer immediately detain the others in the vestibule?
