He thinks that defending Sandman somehow makes him more qualified to be in congress than probably the most reliable vote in the house. He's very much only in it for himself and would be a disaster as a congressman.
This is dumb. Massie is in the right here. Congress should not have been on recess. They absolutely should have to put their names on a vote for spending of this magnitude.
