Philosophically, the "parasite" argument makes sense. After all, it is a foreign entity, that consumes resources on your behalf, all without providing any direct benefit.

... However, if we look at it even pragmatically, this becomes absolutely monstrous. Parasite or not, it's your own flesh and blood. It's a necessary part of our life cycles to reproduce.

To even entertain that a fetus is actually a parasite shows a complete disconnect with reality.

I know this is going to sound insulting, but can you don't really believe that do you?

Came here to say this; that's "fire" as in "dumpster fire," not as in "bust on me, nigga!"

Yet I'd still bet that said Borgia Popes weren't kissing Muslims, nor supporting gay marriage.

Be that as it may, this current Pope is pretty damn bad, and we are in fact living through him right now.

So I can forgive people a little hyperbole.

I accept you.

Now, how about you do it over there, and don't hurt anyone?

See how easy this is? πŸ‘πŸ»

I suspect the Super Bowl is actually going to be hilarious. I might watch that, but fuck the NFL in general.

I knew that this was going to be the drop for October for like 6 months.

I just kept my mouth shut because too many people here think that "justice" can only take the form of all the ringleaders being arrested and dragged into court on the same day like this is a fucking John Grisham a movie or something.

Admitted, my vision for the October surprise here was Trump having a press release and literally rolling out Hunter Biden, shackled like Hannibal Lecter.

This is almost as good though!

It's more that they are on a command prompt, awaiting their next function call that is, sadly for them, not in coming.

I have summed up a lot of the response, especially from the entertainment media to its own fucking supplicants as "Await further instructions."

But there are no further instructions. They're just being asked to wait. Like robots, between shifts.

But human beings are not robots. Not even the most left-leaning liberal rainbow haired nutcase. Not even the biggest Karen wine mom on the planet.

Sooner or later, most people will get tired of waiting. Some of those people will be very angry that they have been abandoned.

We're already seeing some of that. And it's only going to get weirder from here.

Stock up on essentials. Especially popcorn. You're going to need it for the show that's coming.

I was calling 0.002% since February. While the real numbers land closer to 0.03, in the US, we overtested by about 1,000%, so our death rate is closer to... 0.004.

My point is, how do we undereducated slobs get it right, but the entire medical community gets it wrong? πŸ€”

I love how badly this lockdown has backfired on them.

Oh sure, it's done a lot of damage to everyone, and one could even argue it's done the damage it's needed to, to small businesses and to conservative Americans.

But while the Right is always angling for recovery, the Left is still at the "Await further instructions" phase, and it's hurting them, bigly.

"The Wizard," an amusing film, but out and out terrible.
