I'm a hard complementarian myself and wouldn't attend an egalitarian church, but elevating this issue to a soteriological issue is dangerous. It's not a die-for issue. Maybe a divide-for issue.
I believe there are many people filled with the Spirit that are either ignorant, misinformed, or just deceived, but I wouldn't disregard them as a Christian completely. I doubt any single person has perfect theology.
