I am conservative, but I am absolutely support Wildlife Conservation. Living out west, you really do appreciate the sheer power of our mountains and wilderness and National Forest : these are our national heritage, over extensive development just rapes the land.
We’ve seen ancient old growth forest of the West completely raped from unregulated logging in the 19th and 20th century . Only like 3% of US forest are virgin forest.. the Oldest, largest and tallest trees in the world have been threatened by development out west . If places like Yosemite weren’t protected, we’d have people arguing for overdevelopment here to develop those areas .
