Why would he? Biden has an army of 600 lawyers waiting to challenge the results of the election in every state: https://www.breitbart.com/2020-election/2020/07/02/biden-democrats-assemble-600-lawyers-to-fight-election-chicanery/
There was a post on here awhile ago about inner city schools that let black kids do whatever they want because "it's just their culture". I bet that attitude causes a lot of them to grow into adults thinking they can still do whatever they want without repercussions. Unfortunately, police don't subscribe to the "just their culture" idea and will actually hold people accountable for their actions. That's probably why they want them defunded and disbanded.
I think the Trump economy caused some of them to reconsider blindly voting Democrat. Trump has done more for them than the "first black president" ever did. The Democrats are worried that they're going to lose their 90% black voting block and are trying to scare them back and position themselves as their protectors.
The Constitution and Bill of Rights make clear that our rights are God-given and the government shall make no laws to infringe upon them. It's important to point that out since a lot of people nowadays think the Constitution gives us our rights when really it's a restriction on government infringement.
This is what happens when you have an actual Chief Executive as President. These are all highly specific goals that are achievable and we can measure progress of each of them. Compare them to the vague promises we normally get from politicians who abandon them as soon as they're elected.

People who vote for him have severe cases of TDS. Even if you disagree with all of Trump's policies, there's no question that he can at least do the job. How can anyone think that Biden, who can barely function in his normal life, be up to the task of running the country?
You're right. It's filed as a second degree unintentional murder charge: https://www.ag.state.mn.us/Office/Communications/2020/docs/Complaint_Chauvin.pdf
I didn't think it qualified under the definitions listed under unintentional, but I'm not a lawyer: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.19
I want to like Tim Scott, but this is a typical boring political speech.
