I don't think you're a leach if you're broke and don't have the ability to pay for the show. I was responding more to explain why I pay for the show and why I think it's important for people who can support the show to do so.

Do you not get value out of the show, in terms of entertainment or information or anything else? The reason I pay for Mug Club is because I do get value out of the show and want to contribute value back to keep it going.

Advertisers on YouTube (and other platforms) have all gone woke and don't want to advertise on conservative content. The only way that this content can keep being produced is through contributions from the people who want to watch it.

He talks more like a politician than a scientist. Scientists give you information about data, hypotheses, and probabilities. He instead talks about his opinions and what "the science" is telling him. He's also good at squirming around blatantly incorrect statements he's made in the past. I was hoping his big mouth would eventually expose him as a fraud, but none of our press seem to want to expose him.

I think they were more about giving people a safety blanket to feel comfortable leaving the house.

We were told not to buy masks so that the doctors could have them. The media started hounding the Trump covid task force about cloth masks which led to the CDC releasing guidance about them. Eventually that snowballed into dictator governors mandating cloth masks for their states.

My state dictator started mandating masks in July and hasn't removed the requirement since. Our case numbers went to new highs after he did that.

This is the future these people want for everyone. Force everyone to walk, bike, or take a bus/train to work.

I wish the Republicans would push for their policies as strongly as the Democrats push for theirs when in power. Republicans never push right when they're in power and so we end up moving further and further left into socialism each time the Democrats take power.
