It's about the Dominion servers - notice "ALL Data" with capital D for data. "we will soon be learning" means we have not yet. The courageous patriots who have the raw data that will prove the dominion vote flipping is what he is hinting we will find out about soon.
in the TX lawsuit is evidence of the PA post office backdating shenanigans, so really it should be a moot point. But as the other commentor above said - never underestimate a judge's capability to be full of shit lol
