The cells that receive the lysosome expose the protein just translated from the mRNA that is caught by dendritic and other immune system cells in order to produce antibodies.
If these mRNA are captured by dendritic cells the antigens will be created right away and then you will have the antibodies soon after.
It works the same way as a virus, in the end your cells will recognize broken down virus proteins and then build the antibodies, of course in this case the amount of proteins is relatively larger than the amount produced by the vaccine (that's why they do a second dose, I assume).
On 1:
- receptors are replaced and the amount of mRNA injected shouldn't be enough to affect too much of any tissue. Also mRNA have a very short half-life and as soon as the protein is created it disappears from the cells. Of course, every person will have a different response to the vaccine, as any other vaccine and medicine, so you might have a huge gamma of side effects from the injection.
On 2
- I don't know much about placenta creation, but looking at the 3D image of both proteins, I can say they are very similar. But as the person mentioned in the post, he didn't setup the binding sites, which can be extremely different even with a couple of amino acid changes. I have seen case mentioning placenta/uterus problems with these vaccines, but still it would be different per person, as anything else. For pregnant women, I would wait to see what comes, especially as women wanting or pregnant are not in the risk group.
One thing to have in mind, this is the first mass vaccination effort with MSM and social media heavily invested. It is and will be the main scrutinized effort, with all deaths, side effects, etc, all plastered in the media, by people you agree with or not. I would take everything out there with a huge grain of salt.
It's like when you go to a trail and don't litter, while everyone else is doing. Then you decide to be a good citizen and start picking other people trash. Instead of incentivizing other people to help, you incentive more people to litter, after all there's an idiot that will do for everyone. If everyone took care of their shit, everything will be better to everyone else and themselves.
It start on the little things, and then grows to taxes, bailouts, welfare, UBI and this shit the alt-left love.
I agree with the elites sentiment, but I don't think 82 (I was wrong about the 70's) we had these type of widespread disregard to everything in life. And Brazil at the time was under a military dictatorship.

There's a book for kids in Portuguese (Fresh Blood), kinda funny mystery book, published in the 70's where kids age 11-13 are being kidnapped from schools, used as a blood donors for sometime and then killed after they reach the age when the blood is not useful anymore for adults to rejuvenate.
It was all a joke, I guess not anymore.
In fact, Brazil requires a specific ID just for voting and you can only vote in person in the poll station you are supposed to vote. And vote is obligatory, if you don't vote you have to justify absence, pay a fee if not. No vote or justification, no passport renewal.
I like how Poland was protected in 36, 37, 38, ..., how the European community came to help when they were in need.
