No idea. There was rumor of March 5th, due to an old clause in the Constitutional Amendments, but I debunked that idea as a reason, b/c of the 20th Amendment override of that date back to Jan 20th.
So, at this point, only the ones planning things are aware of specifics. They may still choose March 5th, but it won't be due to the clause.

That might have been their excuse to make drones nearly useless for civilian use. You can fly them anywhere within 5 miles of an airport or government property, which restricts more airspace than one might realize until trying to fly around and getting all kinds of legal warnings, forced groundings (in the software), and even govt helis flying by to check you out. It is a brave new world now, dammit.

They resisted for so long, but I insisted last year, and then I read so many stories of people never getting to apply or approved. So, you're right.

Absolutely, and that is 25 yrs EACH OFFENSE (which can be multiple things in a single incident, like mag too large, illegal weapon, etc). That's not to mention that it took 11 months to get a tax stamp recently and it will likely take 2-3x as long when the system is ever MORE overwhelmed with an unprecedented number of new filings (assuming we don't ALL give them the finger).

And yes, GREAT point about sighting in. I was surprised how many people buy a laser or an optic and think they'll instantly shoot marksman 1st class. Sadly, they are likely not even on paper initially. IT IS CRUCIAL to properly sight in your guns, as it makes a YUGE difference.
