I'm not buying that this actually came from the DA or even an attorney. There are rambling statements, zero specific statues mentioned, spelling mistakes, etc. They talk about their website, then they vaguely reference a Youtube video?
Are cease and desist letters typically sent from the state for criminal offenses? It's that more for civil stuff?
And who gives a shit if something is "in violation of Michigan Law" if you don't live in MI? This is clearly addressed to someone in NC. I don't see how they can do shit about someone in NC breaking MI law. I would expect a DA to know that.
