At what point are we going to acknowledge that these people are not escaping starving conditions and hopeless poverty? At what point in the media going to point out how ridiculous it is that half these people are over weight and the other half look and are dressed like any American or other? I mean if the situation was, in fact, as dire as they claim they are escaping... then these people would look like starving Africans and not your average Hispanic neighbor.
I am a letter carrier and I can tell you this will not end well for the USPS. Our union and CBA will not only get him all the money he will have lost in not working but will be put back to work like nothing happened. This is exactly what we are instructed to do. If you see something, say something. In this case they might argue he went to the press but honestly his superiors were the ones doing this so he could argue he felt like they would retaliate... kinda like they fucking just did to him. Nearly supporting his argument.
I just saw the TV soundbites of Trump and mentioned something about Bernie to my Trump friend back in 2016. My friend urged me to go on YouTube and watch the actual speech and not the edited for TV soundbites. That one speech forever changed me. Everything he said I agreed with, supported and related to. He spoke with such genuine honesty. Everything go he said made sense. I voted for him in 2016 and now my wife is with us here in 2020.
