Hmm are you 5 years old? Let me guess, you’re going to personally do something about this?

Honestly I’ve voted my entire life and taken part in the political process in some way. If this is how shits going to play out you won’t catch me at the polls again, ever. Simply because it doesn’t matter as long a cheating occurs. Democrats threw their own under temps bus with Bernie, that means they have and will continue to fuck every other party twice as hard. Our country is slipping away.

Just not all Trump-roided, sorry. Options are running thin and frankly my realism is taking hold. I have faith just no hope.

Their insurance: counterfeit ballots for Trump!

Give the SCOTUS much more reason to hear this case. More should pile on.

It's OBVIOUS they haven't even read the suit! This had NOTHING to do with denying Biden the Whitehouse (Trump has suits for that) rather getting every state to following the constitutional process so everyone is treated fairly and not disenfranchised. The argument is extremely solid. Will be interesting to see the outcome. The SCOTUS will need to enter into this debate with an attitude of "we're not here to change the president, we're here to make sure all states abide by the constitution in how they deal with electors". Everything else in the suit is icing on the cake.

At the end of the day if Trump (he only knows) has serious doubt or even 100% knew cheating happened he has weapons in his belt to deal with it. Not only does he have the weapons but he has an obligation to use them in order to Protect our constitution and America itself. Interesting times ahead.

LOL "What could possibly make anyone with even the most basic understanding of constitutional law worry about this clown show?"

Sorry bud,

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The state just can't pass a law 90 days before the election and directly circumvent article 1, section 4, clause 1. I won't even get into Bush v. Gore and disenfranchisement.

We've got the case and we've got the majority on the SC. But, whatever helps you sleep at night I guess.

So the SCOTUS has already thrown out cases on this issue? Got it.

Sounds like you may be worried, that's why you're trolling over here? Some great legal minds think there is a case here. Dershowitz for one.

The SCOTUS can do what’s needed at anytime. Recalling the electors and putting it back on the state may make the best sense. We are on their time, not the other way around.

This is correct, we work, lefties suck off the teet and protest.

Ted is misinformed! Like Jena said no emergency relief. Who cares? The scotus can always go back and decertify state electors. Why the time crunch? Everyone should calm down.
