Came here to say this. It is self-contradictory; there is nothing more objective that true and false!

Very nice. New wallpaper for my computer’s desktop.

Others have pointed out that this same 0.659 ratio holds for a number of consecutive updates, definitively proving that an algorithm is working.

WHAT I’D LIKE TO KNOW, as well, as how the algorithm factors into the negative votes for “other votes” before and after the highlight. Has anyone found a algorithm/pattern for these?

Came here to say this.

AWS is a host; what this means is that one of their customers used a virtual machine hosted by AWS to access this Michigan IP address. I’m no fan of the AWS to close Parker’s account, but blaming AWS for something a customer did is akin to blaming TDW for a troll post.

Your math is a little off.

Not everyone is getting $1400. They’re lowering the income limit to $50K/100K individual/couple, and remember that children only got $500 in previous stimuli. So likely closer to $200B. Getting closer to just a rounding error at just over 10% of the total.

Who gets the rest? Bailouts. Foreign governments, state and local “friendly” governments, unions, banks, and every “woke” program out there.

Same for Texas. Abbott has already issued an state-level EO instructing state agencies to resist Biden at all levels with respect to oil/energy policy, for example.

There are a handful of perpetual (D) congressmen, including Shiela Jackson-Lee in this case, who regurgitate this same bill every Congress. Not to say that it won’t someday gain traction, but to date it never has.

Important safely tip: They’re always coming for your guns. Nothing really has changed here.

Can you imagine the crazy volatility that would be induced at/around “assessment” time each year? Insane. You’d be liquidating a portion of your assets to pay the taxes on the unrealized gains on the rest.

Of course unsaid here is that under a tax regime like this there WOULD BE NO unrealized gains, or gains of any kind for that matter. So they’d kill capital investment without benefit. Unless that Is the benefit?

As long as we’re adhering to procedure (3 USC S.15 aka Elector Count Act of 1887), Pence cannot certify anything. This is why Gohmert was suing to effectively make this Act unconstitutional.

Assuming there are dueling electors that have standing, and assuming the House and Senate disagree which should count, this law already provides a “tie-breaker.” In the event of a disagreement between the two houses on Congress, the set of electors certified by the governor of the respective state takes precedent.

We MUST convince these states to de-certify.

See my comments above.

We should be calling, but not just US congressmen/senators. I believe the best (and perhaps only) opportunity to influence the process will be via STATE representatives and/or officials (governor or SOS). Only these people can really affect the process at this point; they MUST de-certify for us to have a procedural chance.

De-certification would have to be done by the respective states. This, I believe is why Cruz et al are pushing for the 10-day inspection period. It stalls the clock, and give time for the evidence of fraud to be aired. The MSM will not be able to hide such high drama. My hope is that the evidence will be so public and overwhelming that the states would no choice but to de-certify.

Cruz is effectively daring the Ds to deny a fair inspection process, for which there is precedent (1876). I think they’ll say no, the MSM will hide this fact, and we’ll continue hurtling toward crisis. I think it’s worth a shot, as it’s the least disruptive option left (EO/Insurrection Act and Civil War) being obviously worse).

Correct. Only one set is certified.

But 3 USC S.15 does say that only certified electors are to be considered. It specifies “certificates and papers purporting to be certificates” are to opened by the VP.

Am I misreading this?

I’m no lawyer, but my reading of 3 USC S.15 (Electoral Count Act of 1887) leads me to believe that in the case where there are dueling electors and there is a disagreement between the House and Senate as to which one to count after their respective 2-hour debates, then the set of electors certified by the state’s governor would count. Right now, all of the certified electors in the contested states are pledged to Biden.

This is, I also believe, why Goemert was trying the have this law declared unconstitutional, as it would free Pence to ignore this requirement. Dismissed because “Lack of Standing,” of course.

At this point, we MUST get de-certification by the states in question, at least in a few. If no electors are certified in these states, the votes cannot be counted. Remove 37 Biden electors, and you get to a contingency election, where Trump would win in the House. By my reading of things, this is the only procedural way forward.

Short of that, it’s war.

Just be forewarned: When you “permanently delete” your account, it’s still there. They will try to drag you back in. You’re $$$ to them. You must resist.

Now Manchin is the only real possibility in the Senate from what I can see. He’ll offset Romney.

Question: what senators will vote? Will GA runoff be in the books by 1/6, or will it only be the other 98 on the new Congress (currently 50-46-2, with the two being Sanders and one other “independent” who curiously always votes with the Ds)?

Don’t move to Austin or anywhere in Travis county. Austin proper is turning into San Fran West. I’d look to the north, Round Rock or Georgetown, or Northwest toward Cedar Park or Leander (more Texas Hill Country feel). All nice areas close enough to the city to use your credentials.

I have the “proxy” bets on the election on things like margin of victory by the Dems in PA, AZ, and NV; I am betting “no” on each of the propositions, meaning that I do not think Biden will win these states by the specified margins.

All three have been trending in my(our) favor for the last two weeks, but especially in the last few days.
