“Voter fraud” occurs when an ineligible person casts a ballot. The voter is not a citizen, is a felon or is otherwise disqualified, is not registered, doesn’t live in a given jurisdiction, voted more than once, is not old enough, etc. A lot of this has happened. But in all cases, there is a person behind the ballot, a “voter,” who has acted in bad faith.

What is happening today is ELECTION FRAUD, in which there are ballot totals that are not tied to actual ballots. Ballots being shifted to a different candidate. Ballots being “harvested” out of thin air.

The public has a hard time buying into “voter fraud;” they voted correctly (mailed it in or stood in line) and didn’t personally observe anyone committing fraud when they did so. Everyone in line was there just like them. They didn’t SEE fraud happening. Most people are honest, and likely assume that most other people are too. “Voter fraud” implies that it is the voters who are cheating. By and large, this is not true.

ELECTION FRAUD, on the other hand is something that they can or will be able to see personally. And, most importantly, it will be something that will be shown to affect them personally. People (including Democrats) will be PISSED when they learn that their vote, their honest participation in the election, doesn’t really matter, that their vote can be awarded to another candidate by the “system.”

IMHO our message will gain more traction with the public when we start pointing to ELECTION FRAUD as the problem.
