This sounds about right. These corporations will need to start fearing being sued from the other side before they change. Could they be sued for promoting a false narrative in the workplace that makes employees feel unsafe? I'm being half serious. This constant amplification of the media narrative is what makes people anxious and crazy.

Standing on freeways, assaulting cops, chasing people with rifles and then acting like victims when the natural consequences inevitably come. We are cursed with some truly stupid people in this country.

And not so subtle lie of omission by avoiding any depiction of white people working, fighting, and dying to end slavery in the US and around the world.

Thanks for mentioning https://www.unwoke.hr/ . First I've heard of it! Literally was thinking there should be a site like this for companies that reject the leftist bullshit. Looking to change jobs soon. Been at my current company for years and I've seen the insidious creep of leftist clown-world politics infect everything about the company culture. Can't take it anymore.

"We're doing it again." Funny. Looks to me like the country is being torn down right now. I would put money on this being the product of self-loathing white liberals.

Agree with much of what you wrote. However, I don't think you can say systemic racism exists but that it means something other than what the group who came up with the term says it means. That's the problem I have with the whole concept though: it can mean anything.

The left constantly shifts the meaning of words to suit their needs and their agenda. Racism for them is no longer a term used to describe intentional thoughts/words/actions of individuals. "Systemic racism" is now a scary term that can be used as an excuse for any disparity between blacks and whites while implying nefarious causes. More blacks affected by Covid? Systemic racism! Blacks underrepresented in leadership positions? Systemic racism! Too many blacks in prison? Systemic racism! It's a bullshit term that serves to deflect from the real reasons for many of these disparities.

Another reason why it's bullshit is it would never be used to describe the disparity when whites are on the losing end of anything. Asians make more money than whites? Blacks make up 75% of the NBA despite being 13% of population? Whites have higher suicide rates? No, no. Of course THOSE aren't systemic racism.

I think the bigotry of low expectations is a real thing, and you could argue many on the left are racist for holding blacks to lower standards than they do other groups. But I wouldn't agree that that's the "real" systemic racism. I'd just say it's racism.

Surreal. He's describing exactly what's going on right now. I guess it's been going on all this time and so many have been duped to believe it's all well and good.

I think he wrote an opinion piece not long ago about America being irredeemably infected with anti-black racism or some shit like that. Big red flag that he's complicit with Epstein, trying to divert attention. See Oprah and her 26 billboards.

I never could stand that woman. Her schtick always rubbed me the wrong way. It's funny how people who try so hard to project a certain image often turn out to be the opposite.
