Kamala is what the DNC wanted from the start. Biden is merely the vehicle to get her there.

The media is still trying to find the right angle for Kamala-Biden, but the truth creeps out occasionally. Politico reveals that in all probability Biden had near zero input, and Kamala’s choice is the result of an aggressive campaign run by Kamala allies from California who lobbied hard for her [1] with Biden’s handlers/staff.

Kamala’s people pushed out the former front-runner Congresswoman Karen Bass after she took the lead as leading VP choice [2,3] – including many of Kamala's very own former ex-presidential campaign workers – and other CA politicians swung publicly hard against Kamala. [3] This all happened with a series of leaks and attacks supported by the the left MSM establishment against Bass and playing up her communist ties once it became apparent Bass was now the front runner in late July/early August. [4]

Bear all this in mind that the DNC establishment (HRC donors) were the ones who lined up behind Kamala before she flamed out spectacularly. Including Susan Rice. [5]

The message to take to the Bernie and “Woke” crowd:

It’s a wholly corrupt DNC, and wholly corrupt process. Again.

The DNC needs to keep an establishment person in for many reasons, from corruption, to the coup, to simply maintaining the gravy train these gruberment toads subsist on. The DNC wasn’t going to allow Bernie, or any other """progressive""" in. The DNC wants to keep its power, corporate and personal financial interests & liabilities well secured. That's Biden Kamala.

[1] Harris' staunchest allies in California mobilized. Kounalakis reached out to more than a dozen current and former California officials, mayors, and labor union and business leaders to demand a conference call with Biden campaign brass. No other vice presidential candidate was afforded such a meeting. “We went rogue,” Kounalakis said. “There’s no question about it.”

[2] The comparisons between Harris, 55, and Bass, 66, were thrown into relief last month, when Politico published a story assessing Bass’ rapidly rising stock and portrayed her boon as coming at Harris’ expense. Bass was described as the “anti-Kamala Harris,” setting off complaints that the two Black women were being pitted against each other. Subsequent media reports said some Biden allies were concerned about Harris’ loyalty after her confrontation with the former vice president over race in a Democratic primary debate last year.

[3] But the stories also pointed out troubles closer to home for Harris, a Bay Area native. Rather than rallying around the home-state front-runner for the job, some California politicos have voiced their preference for the lesser-known Bass, who represents Los Angeles. The break in the ranks started when labor icon Dolores Huerta, who was a co-chair for Harris’ failed presidential bid, endorsed Bass, citing her leadership as then-California Assembly speaker navigating massive budget deficits. Then John Burton, a former California Democratic Party chair, told Politico that Harris’ debate clash with Biden could be exploited by the Trump campaign. And last week, the Sacramento Bee editorial board, led by a former Harris aide, endorsed Bass for the job, in part because of the senator’s tenure as California attorney general. The editorial singled out a $400,000 settlement paid by the Department of Justice to settle harassment claims against a former top Harris staffer.

[4] Much of the coverage starts from the premise that this is a political liability so grave that it may cost Biden the election. TV pundits like Chuck Todd have taken to grilling Bass about having been a “soft view on Castro.” Far from being neutral, this type of media environment fuels the witch hunt and creates self-fulfilling prophecies . . . The Washington Post’s Henry Olsen opined that Bass was in fact the beneficiary of a double standard, as no Republican congressperson who supported apartheid South Africa as a youth should be vetted as vice president.

[5] After propping her up as the Democratic Party’s Trump resistance hero, the Democratic establishment, including Clinton donors and staffers, are lining up behind the idea of Sen. Kamala Harris running for president in 2020. Earlier this month, Harris met with several top Clinton donors in the Hamptons and attended a luncheon hosted for her by Liz Robbins, one of Hillary Clinton’s top lobbyist bundlers. This weekend, Harris returned to the Hamptons for more meet-and-greets with top Clinton donors. This time she met with Harvey Weinstein, Citigroup banker Ray Mcguire and former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice. The continued meetings and lavish galas signal that Democratic elites are rallying behind Harris as she positions herself to run for president in 2020.
