This journalist knows how to present news. This is irrefutable.

This is true. But there are those that fell out of favor with the cap and had to split, too.

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct...

It doesnt say they must select the electors, it says electors decide how the electors are appointed, by any way they agree, whether that be by casting dice or allowing a governor to do so.

Honestly, that case was just something to get all the Republicans that fucked up in legislative sessions and otherwise something to jump onto to make it look like they tried something. It was always a shakey play, and I think puposefully so.

It wasn't shakey on its merits, but everyone knew the sc would be too afraid to take that case.

Legislatures select the manner in which electors are chosen. If, like in PA, they delegated that power to the governor, they've taken that power away from themselves.

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."

Pence could refuse electors or maybe accept an alternative certification of the vote from a state (I have no ide how that would be created). Not sure, but if pence were to refuse electors, I think the state could be left out or reps and senators from that state would be called into a debate to make a decision on new electors. But not sure, going from shakey memory here.

Not exactly, it says state legislators can have electors chosen as they see fit. It's the state's legislature's power as long as they didn't give that power away. So states like PA that have delegated that power to the governor, are fucked.

My sweet summer child. Our evidence merely doesn't count, because they don't want it too.

Until a Republican president did the federal government of commies and centrists on the take, there will be no justice for us.

Clinton, while evil, knew politics, the day he stepped in office, he fired any enemy and inserted his own people. We have been better than that. But it has been a wrong philosophy. We must remove them from all appointed govt positions and fire them from any position we are allowed to. We must cut off all of their power, because they will never give us an inch.

Destroy their jobs, agencies, offices, positions. We must not be consilatory. We must destroy them politically.

I do not advocate violence in doing this. I do advocate using the power we will hold.

LoL, sorry I don't LARP and get into streetfights with Antifa. As for my background, I'll keep that to myself. You're irrelevant and if you did rise up, you'd just be dead or in jail within a month.

It doesn't matter if you have a 36 man crew, no one in the public sphere supports you. Hearts and minds need to be won. Bullets and streetfights don't win those.

Not true. Trump hasn't given the order to do shit.

If Trump doesn't declassify and drop files, nothing is going to happen. If Trump gives the bugle call, we'll stand up. We need evidence beyond the election now. The deep rooted corruption needs to burned to the ground. Trump is the only one that can't do that.

No one is going to rise up, or even massively protest unless Trump drops info bombs.

What we have now is statistics, testimony and unseen evidence because we haven't had a proper day in court. So it all means jack shit. Trump needs to drop info bombs and win over people from every corner of ideology that just hate corruption for all of this to flip. We need info that will mean no halfway moral person can accept this election.

That's honestly what I'm betting on. Trump won't go slinking into the night.

It does feel like that. If Trump lost fine. But he didn't. The election was a fraud.
