The only uncertainty is how much of a meltdown will the dems have when she's confirmed. This narrative won't work. Lindsey Graham and cocaine Mitch know what's at stake.
Good news, but we really need Pennsyvlania to come through too. Michigan and Wisconsin we are also waiting on, but PA the key to Trump's re-election.
Except he hasn't. Btw "anxiety" isn't a risk factor LOL.
With someone who is in Trump's shape, with his body type, no OTHER comorbidities, and very good health care, I'd guess survival is around 97-98%. IVR for someone who is his age is around 5.4%, but that's including nursing homes and a whole list of people with comorbidities.
I think he will be fine, but it's hard to not worry.
I really don't know how they will spin this to the average Joe. She complain about christmas decorations and that the liberal media didn't care about Obama "putting kids in cages" and how no news media except fox could cover a story about her re-uniting kids.
I swear, reading Twitter it's like these people speak a different language, "she said she fuck kids and putting them in cages", "she hates christmas" "blah blah". I mean really? We all speak english here. How is this controversial whatsoever?
Roberts is surprising conservative on this type of issue. Remember, these rules were extended by the federal or state judiciary not the state legislature. Giving the courts this power to randomly extend the election date is a separation of powers issue, and he's very hesitant to grant courts new power. If there are 4 conservatives who vote to strike down these blatant abuses of power, Roberts will almost certainly side with them in order to avoid a 4-4 split.
I worry she could be female Roberts, but that's still a HUGE upgrade from RBG. I support our president's decision if he picks her. I prefer Lagoa myself.
The lockdown ruling was a little bit more nuanced than I thought. Even Gorsuch voted for applying the civil rights act to transgender people *rolls eyes.
I'd like to have another Thomas on the court, but I don't see anyone who is qualified and fits the profile that'll get someone confirmed in time.
So... make a scene so voters can remember how incapable and unworthy the democrats are of governing, and do nothing to delay the nomination. Excellent.
"Yet Trump’s struggles with the Black community are well known. He received just 8% of the Black vote in the 2016 election, and a poll this week by Quinnipiac University found that only 10% of Black voters planned to support Trump in November."
So, Trump's up 2% with black people compared to his 2016 win?
He will do better than 10% and Quinnipiac is a fucking joke, but the way they word this sentence is almost comical.
The larp is pretty obvious
If you look at the regional data of MN. It looks very promising for Trump. He lost the state by 45,000 votes, meaning he has to flip about 23,000 to win. He's up 8% on average in the St. Paul/Minn region. He's killing it in the the iron range, where the blue collar traditional democrats have flipped a lot since 2016. The Iron range is 1/3 of the state's voting population. His steel tariffs helped that region more than any other part of the country. 5 Mayors in the Iron range have flipped Dem and endorsed Trump. The chaos and george floyd BS has flipped some independents as well.
The problem is pollsters are not getting proper polling in the Iron range or the North/NW part of the state. They are also polling the southern Min area, which is very suburban, and calling it the southern part of the state. It's total BS. Correct regional polling doesn't make any mathematical sense with the statewide results that they are reporting. MN is also a very high enthusiasm state at about 75% participation, and their institutional cheating machine doesn't really exist compared to PA, WI, or MI. It doesn't leave a lot of room for them to cheat or find ballots.
Yes, I think cheating will influence Michigan big time. They also had huge primary numbers in Michigan for the democrats.
Supreme court pick is huge though, because it takes the focus off his personality, which RINO's can't stand (fucking tools). So, that will help us, but I am not sure if it'll be enough.
Trump's upper end is 320 and low end is 248. I really, really don't think he will win Nevada. The numbers aren't there and cheating with mail in ballots makes a win basically insurmountable.
My guess is he will win with 270-290 electoral votes. I really think he can flip MN if you look at the regional data. I'm just not convinced he can hold onto the three rustbelt states he won in 2016. A lot can change by the election, considering all of the craziness and how weak Biden in, so there is still a chance.
If he does flip MN but loses PA, WI, and MI, then he really needs NH to counter any faithless electors. I'm not comfortable with a 270 win by any means.
If the vote were held today, I think he would win with 290 EV. He'd flip MN, keep PA, lose WI and MI.
Just keeps push Minnesota more likely into the Trump column.
I feel bad for this guy. Hopefully the perpetrators are caught.
INNOCENT HERO
I REALLY hope he picks Lagoa over Barret.
Either is a huge upgrade from RBG.
This might be enough to off set the margin of cheating that the democrats are almost certainly going to do in the Philadelphia area.
Plenty of time to appeal. 7th circuit is 9-2, 3rd circuit 8-6, and 6th circuit 11-5. All conservative judge majority. Some of these are so blatantly awful that even Roberts will says the federal judiciary does not get to change state election laws bEcAusE CoVi-D19
It's really fucked up but it's do or die for the democrats. I feel very good about flipping MN though.
He's right about her. Lagoa is a much better choice.
awesome thank you. I can't watch it now, so I am looking forward to seeing it later.
Yes, but in NV governor opted to mail out ballots. In PA, MI, and WI the judges greelit things that were explicitly not spelled into the law or flat out illegal. Ballot harvesting in michigan is a felony and the judge declared it legal for 4 days. Roberts is a piece of shit, but he will not allow the judiciary to greenlight a lot of this behavior. The governor opting to mail out ballots is different, because it's an executive from the state government, not the judiciary, who is making that decision. I'm not sure how Roberts will go on the NV case, but I think the PA, WI, and MI ones will get largely overturned.
LOL. Trump will win text by at least 7%. Recent yougov poll had him up by 2% and oversampled democrats by 8%.

Absentee Ballots getting thrown out in Detroit might actually help Trump.
But on basic principle this is atrocious. Our election integrity is disgusting, and people who orchestrate voter fraud should spend the rest of their lives in jail.
