I legit got the sense that Bernie is a bit hurt by the last few days. I think he was a little weary, a little shook. One of his closest friends stabbed him in the back, and he must feel so much contempt for the people who brought this out in her: the media, the pundits, the consultants. They corrupted his friend and turned her against him. And they did it for profit at the expense of the American people. Angry, sad, and betrayed.

I don't know if you saw the video after the debate where Warren walked up to Bernie and Bernie had his hand out to shake hers and she cupped her hands on her chest, avoiding his handshake. Then they had what looked like a brief, tense conversation and Bernie walked off, looking clearly angry and hurt.
He's definitely upset by all of this, and I think this election will harm if not ruin their friendship. I see this going in one of two ways:
- Bernie is upset by the damage to their friendship and goes soft on Warren in an attempt to salvage the friendship, or
- Bernie gets angry at Warren and anally rapes her more forcefully
I think number 2 is more likely since he was already kind of calling her mean words indirectly even with their pact, so this will give him the feeling that the pact is already dead.
