You have to understand logistics a bit better. I'm not sure if you're being genuine or you're just being an asshole. Carriers don't always transport something all the way. A lot of times, things will get delivered to a terminal and then picked up by a carrier that delivers local. I doubt UPS and FedEx are picking up from the location the vaccines are created.
